Here is our list of most popular games in the archive during the month of December. The Xbox One has clearly become more popular with select titles, and we even have a soccer game from 2012 on the list. Probably because we don't have a more recent version of PES for PlayStation 3 in our collection at present. And fun fact: people seem to be requesting certain years of PES over others (2013 or 2015, not 2014), even at the expense of a more recent version. What was it about 2014 that kept people away, I wonder?
Here is our listed of most frequently played games in the CVGA during the month of November. FIFA dominates the list once again, with Call of Duty and Mario Kart both making a dual presence on the list. The XBOX One is getting ever more popular, mostly amongst the sports and first-person shooter crowd.
We just finished hosting Nick Harp's English class in the archive, which focused on how the apocalypse (in its various forms) is represented in video games. The class discussion led to several very interesting questions.

Here is our list of highly played games in the CVGA during the month of October. The newest generation of game consoles have more of a presence on our list than ever before, perhaps due to newly acquired highly anticipated titles like Shadow of Mordor and Hyrule Warriors. And it's been awhile since we've seen such a clear lead with our FIFA titles (played 50+ times more than anything else). They've become quite the dominating presence in the archive.
Here is our list of most popular games during the month of September. Xbox 360 in clearly still more popular than Xbox One, although one of the Xbox One's games did top out the list. FIFA games of every flavor dominate the list with four entries, and I'm sure the newly acquired FIFA 15 will make an appearance next month. That's right: as of yesterday we have FIFA 15.
So for awhile there, we thought we had a ghost in the archive. Or since it was a rogue television that kept turning off on its own, maybe we should refer to it as a ghost in the machine.
