Just over a week ago, a turtle came into my care. Now I have given them a name: Rhaeggy short for Rheagal named after Danery's green dragon in Game of Thrones. I figured Rhaeggy's home and enclosure would not be complete without some on-theme decorations! I knew Rhaeggy needed a throne -- I thought of attempting to sculpt one, buying something expensive online, but in the end, I stumbled across the gem that is the Design Lab and decided to give 3D printing a shot. After a few 3D printing attempts I walked away with a successfully printed Iron Throne for Rhaeggy! Everyone at the Design Lab was so kind and supportive, and they helped me walk through every step making the process easy and seamless for me, someone who has never done any 3D printing before! I'm now looking for more ideas to print and have been telling my friends about this amazing experience. I can not wait to go back and print more!
