Have you ever scrolled on TikTok and stopped in your tracks? Well, that's how I felt a couple of weeks ago when I saw someone using a star wand that had an insert for a credit card and was going around town tapping their wand for payments. I instantly thought OMG, that is adorable and my life needs more magic. I was super surprised to learn that faculty/staff/students at U of M have access to free 3-D printing and jumped at the chance to make my own. I just want to run around town with my wand and feel like a fairy. This was my first time at the Shapiro Design Lab and the staff were very kind and helpful!
