Working in the Orthopedics Department of Michigan Medicine in Dr. Maerz's lab, me and many others are constantly using tube racks for holding our test tubes as we dispense and aspirate from them. We typically use several racks for different size tubes that take up a significant amount of space on our work benches, which is why I was provided with the idea to make a tube rack that is modular and can be modified to have what size holders we need for each experiment.
With the great support provided to me by the Design Lab's staff helped me turn my CAD design into a reality that has become a large hit among others in my lab.
Along with the modular rack, I was also able to print several Pokemon themed conical holders and desk buddies thanks to the great staff in the Design Lab!
