In an effort to reduce the cost of using film for photography, I decided to start scanning my film at home. To do so, I needed a way to hold the film flat and perpendicular easily, ideally without scratching the surface of the film. Due to the cost of dedicated film scanning carriers being so high, I decided to start off with something slightly more cost effective, so I used the design on Thinverse to meet my needs.
