I printed the underlying plastic skeleton of a mask I'm making. I thought this would be a fun challenge since I'm not very good at thinking spatially/working with physical pieces. It was a bit harder to get this mask piece to fit so I DIY-ed where I glued some of the pieces together (you can see in the picture that there are a few gaps/overlaps for fit in addition to the hinge changes). If I were to redo this I'd definitely have measured my head to make sure the print itself didn't have to be altered to this degree, but I got it to work nonetheless :)
